About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced chef to join our team as a Sous Chef. As a Sous Chef, you will be responsible for assisting the Executive Chef in the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, including menu planning, food preparation, and staff management. You will also have the opportunity to work closely with our culinary team to develop new menu ideas and improve existing ones.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Executive Chef in the planning and preparation of menus
  • Supervise and manage kitchen staff to ensure efficient and effective food preparation
  • Monitor food costs and inventory levels to ensure profitability
  • Develop and implement new menu ideas and improve existing ones
  • Work closely with the culinary team to ensure high-quality food and exceptional customer service
