About the Role

As the Sous Chef, you will be the 2IC of the kitchen, working closely with the Head Chef to ensure smooth kitchen operations.

You'll be responsible for managing daily kitchen production in a high-volume environment, with a focus on quality, efficiency, and creativity.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a production-style kitchen with no late or split shifts. Weekend availability is essential, and airline catering experience is highly valued.

Your Skills and Experience
  • Strong management skills with previous experience in a leadership position
  • Experience in a high-volume, production-style kitchen
  • Airline catering experience is highly desirable
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Australian citizen or permanent resident
