Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to develop, maintain, and expand relationships with prospective and established customers in the construction industry across the Sydney Metropolitan area. As a Senior Sales and Relationship Developer, you will work with our team to represent market-leading, trusted brands and products, and contribute to our growth trajectory as we continue to expand our business globally.



Responsibilities

  • Develop Comprehensive Proposals: Create detailed proposals for waterproofing, flooring, and various construction solutions that meet the needs of our clients.
  • Conduct Training Sessions: Provide hands-on training sessions and contribute to formal training programs to ensure our customers have the knowledge they need to succeed.
  • Represent Fosroc at Industry Events: Represent our company proactively at trade shows and industry events to build relationships and showcase our products.
  • Engage with Key Stakeholders: Engage with engineers, specifiers, architects, and corporate bodies as needed to ensure our products meet their needs.
  • Sales and Lead Management: Respond to sales leads, follow up on information from systems like Estimate One, and consistently seek opportunities to expand our client base.


Requirements

  • Strong Interpersonal Skills: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Effectively communicate complex information to customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products and services.
  • CRM Experience: Utilize CRM tools to manage customer interactions, track sales activity, and analyze sales data.
  • Trade Sales/Construction Industry Experience: Leverage experience within the trade sales/construction industry to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.


What We Offer
