About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Territory Manager to join our Field Sales Team, servicing Petrol and Convenience customers in the Campbelltown area.

As a key member of our Sales team, you will be responsible for managing and growing sales through the distribution and product visibility of our top brand portfolio, including spreads, milk, milk-based beverages, and more.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive mutual success and sales growth
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve profit growth targets and maximize sales
  • Ensure compliance with promotional programs and drive fridge utilisation and location management

About You

  • Proven sales experience with a strong track record of customer service and relationship-building
  • Ability to learn and adapt to a fast-paced environment with strong communication skills
  • Strong teamwork and resilience to overcome sales challenges and achieve targets
