Job Description

As a Sales Development Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to achieve sales targets. You will work closely with our sales team to ensure that all customers receive exceptional service and support.

Your duties will include:

  • Liaising with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Developing and implementing sales plans to achieve business objectives
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth
  • Providing market information and insights to inform business decisions

You will be responsible for ensuring that all sales activities are conducted in accordance with our company policies and procedures.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent customer service and relationship management skills
  • Ability to develop business presentations and sales information with the sales team
  • Comfortable liaising with all decision-makers and working with B2B and Channel Distribution
  • Competent, team player, reliable, energetic, and capable of working autonomously with a strong marketing and sales aptitude
  • University or Trade degree or minimum of 3 years' experience in an Industrial Market Field
  • Excellent communication and customer relationship-building skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Salesforce, or SAP
  • Knowledge and previous merchandising experience in a related industry (desirable)
