Senior Sales and Business Development Representative

As a Sales Executive at Ausreo Pty Ltd, you will be responsible for driving sales growth across Sydney Metro, focusing on government projects, civil infrastructure, commercial, industrial, and residential high-rise developments.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing sales strategies to maximize opportunities in various market segments.
- Maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers and leveraging those connections to promote Ausreo products and services.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products and services.
- Preparing pricing strategies and quotations to meet customer needs.
- Identifying opportunities to supply value-added products and services, such as accessories, by interpreting building plans.
- Liaising with sales team members and service centers to gather advice on potential customers and projects.
- Ensuring high-quality delivery of products and services.
- Coordinating with schedulers, service centers, production, and dispatch teams to manage customer orders and deliveries.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Commercial knowledge of products and services within the construction and building industry.
- A proven track record in field sales and achievements.
- Strong customer-facing skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with internal staff and customers.
- High-level negotiation skills.
- An existing network of contacts and the ability to develop long-term business relationships.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to research and target the appropriate market segments.
