We are seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Business Development Representative to join our team in Australia. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and expanding existing relationships with customers across the construction industry.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the Australian construction market and be able to develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction. You will work closely with our sales team, marketing department, and other stakeholders to achieve our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth targets and customer satisfaction goals;
  2. BUILD AND MAINTAIN STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH CUSTOMERS AND STAKEHOLDERS;
  3. PROVIDE EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SUPPORT TO ENSURE HIGH LEVELS OF CUSTOMER SATISFACTION;
  4. Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to identify new business opportunities and develop sales strategies to capitalize on these opportunities;
  5. Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date with industry trends and customer needs;
  6. Prepare and present sales reports and other materials as required;
  7. Adhere to all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a sales or business development role within the construction industry;
  • Strong knowledge of the Australian construction market and its trends;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of professionalism and integrity;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications;
  • Degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, engineering, architecture).
