About the Role:

The position of Senior Client Relationship Manager at Budage Pty Limited offers a unique opportunity to oversee the development and management of key client programs, while maintaining strong relationships with national clients. Reporting directly to the Head of Emerging and Global Markets.

Key Responsibilities Include:

A portfolio of national accounts is managed by working with dedicated relationship partners and stakeholder teams to maintain and build these relationships. Additionally, supporting the Senior Leadership Team in developing strategic initiatives related to client pursuit opportunities, industry-specific business development, and cross-practice collaboration.

  • Developing and implementing effective business development plans for existing and pursuit clients;
  • Identifying client/new work opportunities, emerging products, and service areas, as well as market development opportunities, and working with senior stakeholders to pursue these;
  • Providing a source of market/industry insight to key stakeholders, being responsible for industry-focused business development initiatives;
  • Mentoring and leading team members, working on other business-critical projects across the business; and communicating the vision and purpose of C&M to the firm to heighten its understanding of the role of C&M as trusted advisers.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will require relevant tertiary qualifications (business/legal/finance) coupled with legal/client development experience gained ideally from a professional services environment. Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and proactively, excellent stakeholder management skills, the ability to influence, persuade, and negotiate. Strong project management skills, proven leadership skills, people/team management, resilience, and self-motivation are also essential.

We offer an estimated salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and location, reflecting the importance of this role within our organization.
