The Front Office Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service during arrival and departure. This includes verifying guest details, arranging luggage handling, and providing information on local attractions and services.
Main Responsibilities

- Work closely with other Front Office personnel to ensure guest satisfaction
Requirements
- Good computer skills, particularly in the use of MS Office
- Ability to work under pressure
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills
