At Rydges Sydney Airport, we are seeking a motivated and experienced Guest Services All Rounder to join our dynamic and professional front office team. This role is perfect for individuals who have a passion for hotels and their guests.
Key Responsibilities- Provide quality service to our guests by responding to their requests promptly, efficiently and courteously during check-in, check-out and throughout their stay.
- Engage in current or previous relevant studies associated with the Hospitality and Tourism industry.
- Think outside the box and enjoy problem solving.
- Have been exposed to other hotel departments.
