Job Description

As a skilled Front Office Manager, you will be responsible for leading your team to provide exceptional customer service, ensuring seamless check-in and check-out processes, and maintaining high standards of front office operations.

Responsibilities include:

  • Welcoming guests and ensuring they feel at home with warm and professional service
  • Managing front office staff to drive exceptional customer experiences
  • Maintaining accurate guest accounts and resolving any issues promptly
  • Ensuring daily tasks are completed efficiently and effectively
  • Collaborating with the Hotel Manager on recruitment and team development

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Previous supervisory experience in a hotel or resort environment
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional customer service skills and a positive attitude
  • Understanding of Trust accounting principles
