Job Description
As a skilled Front Office Manager, you will be responsible for leading your team to provide exceptional customer service, ensuring seamless check-in and check-out processes, and maintaining high standards of front office operations.
Responsibilities include:
- Welcoming guests and ensuring they feel at home with warm and professional service
- Managing front office staff to drive exceptional customer experiences
- Maintaining accurate guest accounts and resolving any issues promptly
- Ensuring daily tasks are completed efficiently and effectively
- Collaborating with the Hotel Manager on recruitment and team development
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Previous supervisory experience in a hotel or resort environment
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional customer service skills and a positive attitude
- Understanding of Trust accounting principles
