Job Summary

We invite you to join our Sheraton community as a Hotel Front Office Ambassador. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest experiences through the check-in and departure process, handling general enquiries, and building relationships with existing and new guests.

About You:

  • You have experience with OPERA property management system or similar.
  • You have relevant experience in a similar role.
  • You have working rights in Australia.
  • You are enthusiastic about escalating your career.
  • You are self-motivated, driven, and energized in a fast-paced environment.
  • You possess smart solutions and a can-do attitude.

Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
