About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team at Webfleet Solutions. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue expansion in your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve sales targets and revenue growth in your territory.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies, including marketing and product development.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Provide regular sales updates and insights to management, informing business decisions and strategy.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and identify areas for improvement.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership.
