Join PHMG as a Business Development Representative

Key Responsibilities:

  • Concept-sell the unique benefits of audio branding to CEOs and key decision makers
  • Book quality sales meetings for our outside sales representatives
  • Cold call 80 prospects a day to secure new business opportunities
  • Generate leads and prospect new business
  • Establish quick rapport with clients
  • Exceed high-volume sales goals in a team environment
  • Earn commission from week two

Requirements:

  • 0-3 years of direct sales experience or relevant coursework
  • Ability to source great prospects and close deals
  • Strong hunger for success with real financial motivation
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and/or exceed sales quotas
  • Efficient task prioritization and time management
  • Coachable individual with a willingness to learn and advance skills
  • Drive, ambition, and a strong work ethic
  • Ability to thrive in a competitive sales environment
  • Excellent communication skills, high energy, and a positive attitude
  • Polished and professional approach to work
