Agricultural Sales Growth Manager

We are seeking an experienced Sales & Customer Service Leader to drive our client's sales growth and elevate customer service standards in the agricultural industry.
Job Description- Leverage in-depth product knowledge to promote and sell diverse agricultural products, ensuring strong customer relationships through proactive engagement and solution recommendations.
- Negotiate contracts to secure favourable terms for both parties and provide post-sale support to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Achieve and surpass sales targets through effective prospecting, lead generation, and closing techniques, while monitoring market trends and competitor activities.
- Bachelor's degree in business, agriculture, marketing or equivalent experience.
- Demonstrated success in agricultural sales or a related field with proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Comprehensive technical knowledge of agricultural products and practices, proficiency in CRM software, Google Workspace, and internal company programs.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with a results-oriented mindset.
- A competitive salary of AU$85,000 - AU$110,000 per annum.
