Job Summary

Agricultural Appointments is seeking an experienced Irrigation Sales Representative to join our team in Longford, Tasmania. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales and providing exceptional customer service to our clients in the agricultural, dairy, and commercial industries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively generate leads and engage with customers to drive sales and revenue growth
  • Attend to customer and sales, service, and project enquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Liaise with customers, contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders as necessary
  • Meet and exceed budget and KPI expectations

Requirements
  • A successful track record in irrigation sales, new business development, or a similar agricultural field
  • Project management skills and irrigation sales and design experience within the Tasmanian region (desired but not essential)
  • A passion for driving sales and delivering results
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills
  • A valid driver's license and strong computer literacy
  • A desire to grow and develop a long-term career within Agricultural Appointments

Remuneration and Location
Remuneration will be commensurate with experience, with a target salary range of $60,000 to $90,000 (some flexibility) plus superannuation, vehicle, and an excellent bonus scheme. The role is based in Longford, Tasmania, in the northern midlands of this beautiful island.
