A leading provider of agricultural products is seeking a highly motivated Sales & Customer Service Leader to drive sales growth and elevate customer service standards. Located in Toowoomba, QLD, this full-time permanent position offers a competitive salary and opportunities for professional development.

About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven individual with a passion for agriculture and exceptional customer service skills. As our ideal candidate, you will have a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth. You will be responsible for leveraging in-depth product knowledge to promote and sell our diverse agricultural product range, cultivating strong customer relationships, and providing post-sale support to ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
  • Leverage in-depth product knowledge to demonstrably promote and sell our clients diverse agricultural product range.
  • Cultivate strong customer relationships through proactive engagement, needs assessments, and solution recommendations.
  • Negotiate and finalise contracts to secure favourable terms for both parties.
  • Provide post-sale support to ensure customer satisfaction and address any concerns.
  • Achieve and surpass sales targets through effective prospecting, lead generation, and closing techniques.
  • Prepare and submit comprehensive sales forecasts, reports, and updates to management.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adapt sales strategies.
  • Lead and mentor the customer service team, imparting product expertise and best practices.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Agriculture, Marketing, or equivalent experience.
  • Demonstrated success in agricultural sales or a related field.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills with a strong customer focus.
  • Comprehensive technical knowledge and understanding of agricultural products and practices.
What We Offer:
