We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to work full-time at our Sydney CBD office. The role offers a competitive base salary and uncapped commissions for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and structure sales team targets and remunerations.
  • Ensure sales management, supervision and monitoring targets are achieved monthly and yearly.
  • Coach and monitor sales team members.
  • Brief Business development and expansion of direct and indirect relationships, including introducing brokers/partners/institutional clients.
  • C coordinate and participate in company business development roadshows and market events.
  • Establish new B2C and B2B relationships with Retail and Institutional clients as well as business partners.
  • Create lead-capturing initiatives to generate more leads.
  • Organize Royal's educational seminars.
  • Assist marketing in developing strong marketing channels with media to build local and global brand image.
  • Recruit, develop and coach sales subordinates to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
  • Manage day-to-day sales operations locally.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year experience with established track record of sales achievements and managerial experience in sales.
  • An existing client base.
  • Solid experience in financial markets/Forex.
  • Must be fluent in English, both spoken and written.
  • Able to work in fast-paced environment under pressure with strict deadlines.
  • Goal-oriented, driven, good analytical skills and high level of integrity.
  • Proactive and confident.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Aggressive, self-motivated personality.
