Role Overview

As an Institutional Business Development Manager at OKX, you'll play a critical role in expanding our presence in the Australian institutional market.

This challenging yet rewarding role involves building relationships with key stakeholders, identifying sales opportunities, and closing deals that drive business growth.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective client profiling strategies to identify potential sales opportunities.
  • Identify and explore new revenue streams and opportunities with existing and new clients.
  • Closing sales opportunities with a focus on high-impact, high-revenue deals.

We Provide:

  • A competitive total compensation package of around $140,000 - $190,000 per annum, based on experience.

About You

We look for individuals with:

  • Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of sales performance, including pipeline development and deal closure.
  • Deep understanding of regional markets and high-value sales pipeline development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Advanced product knowledge of institutional clients (Block Trading, Derivatives).
  • Prior experience in crypto sales, preferably on another exchange platform.
