About the Role

The Global Service Centre Financial Markets Services Asia Pacific Hub, located in Sydney, provides comprehensive operational support to the Asia Pacific Markets & Treasury businesses, including Trading, Funding, & Corporate Sales products. It also offers direct client support to Rabobank's Rural, Corporate, & Financial Institution clients, ensuring seamless service delivery to the region.

The GSC Financial Markets Services team is looking for a Transformation Manager in Sydney to partner with the Markets & Treasury departments and Global & Regional Tribe colleagues to deliver change across Asia Pacific. You will manage change initiatives impacting the FMS department through the change lifecycle and oversee global changes affecting processes, systems & people in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Run medium to large-sized projects or initiatives
  • Present opportunities & proposals based on new market developments & trends to business
  • Assess impacts of new ideas on Operations (Intake & Impact Analysis)
  • Collaborate across international markets & different time zones & cultures
  • Adapt to a high-value, high-risk international business environment
  • Develop sustainable solutions aligned with the Global Service Centre's strategic goals
  • Support Training/Knowledge Sharing frameworks
  • Ensure Operational Readiness & conduct Aftercare evaluations post-go live
  • Represent GSC FMS in relevant Tribe, Areas & Squads
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement within the GSC FMS Asia Pacific team

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience in a project environment with medium project management skills
  • Knowledge of Agile IT delivery & Lean management
  • Understanding of Financial Markets products like Forex, Money Market, Fixed Income, etc.
  • Knowledge of Operations functions like transaction processing, settlements, & reporting
  • Strong analytical & coordination skills
  • Excellent communication skills

We offer a salary range of AU$120,000 - AU$150,000 per annum, depending on experience.
