About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to lead the charge in managing distributor and customer relationships, providing technical and market extension support, and driving strategic growth initiatives to boost sales across the QLD region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a strategic visit plan for the region to drive business growth and expansion.
  • Strengthen and expand relationships with distributors and customers through effective communication and solution-selling strategies.
  • Forecast market potential within the region and create action plans to break into new markets and attract new customers.
  • Built strong relationships with senior management and key decision-makers at major or prospective customer organizations to ensure high client satisfaction.
Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position is estimated to be around $120,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus attractive incentive bonus structure and additional rewards. Work from home when not on the road for business development, fully maintained company vehicle and opportunities to join a globally recognized brand and make an impact on a regional scale.
