At Spring Professional, we are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to represent our company in the Australian market. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales revenue growth and building strong partnerships with clients across various industries.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in selling industrial products, with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in process industries. Familiarity with the Oil & Gas, Pharmaceutical, Mining, and Chemical sectors is highly regarded, although not mandatory.

Your primary goal will be to increase sales revenue by identifying new business opportunities and fostering long-term client relationships. You will also be responsible for predicting future revenue as you strengthen these connections. Your approach will prioritize sustainable growth over short-term gains.

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • Proven sales expertise in industrial products
  • Strong knowledge of Wireless, IoT, and RFID technologies
  • A resilient 'Hunter' mentality, with a diligent pursuit of every opportunity
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
