Business Development Manager Opportunity in Brisbane

Roc Consulting is a leading provider of concrete products to various industries, including civil, construction, government, and industrial.

We are currently experiencing phenomenal growth across the country and are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team in Brisbane.

This role offers a competitive salary of up to $120K + Super + fully maintained vehicle (Hilux or similar) + TOT, providing an attractive remuneration package for the right candidate.

About the Role

The successful candidate will work closely with the QLD sales team and QLD Sales Manager to significantly grow customer base and operations within the territory.

The primary objective of this position is to arrange meetings with potential clients around the region daily to acquire new business.

This will involve driving the company's marketing objectives to new clientele, growing new opportunities, and increasing company revenue.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business growth targets
  • BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH KEY STAKEHOLDERS
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in B2B sales within the concrete or construction industries
  • Existing connections within the building and engineering industry
  • Proven track record of working autonomously and developing sales
  • Valid drivers license
