Spring Professional seeks an accomplished Business Development Executive to drive sales growth in industrial solutions.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for selling wireless and mobile products to process industries in Australia.

We are looking for someone with 3-5 years of experience in process industries, who can create sales strategies and build partnerships to increase revenue and grow existing accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sell industrial products with a proven track record in the Australian market.
  • Pursue every opportunity and forge robust partnerships with key sectors, including Oil & Gas, Pharmaceutical, Mining, and Chemical.
  • Develop strong knowledge of Wireless, IoT, and RFID technologies to stay ahead in the industry.
  • Foster a resilient 'Hunter' mentality in Sales, focusing on results-driven outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Proven sales success in industrial products, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in process industries.
  • Familiarity with key sectors, including Oil & Gas, Pharmaceutical, Mining, and Chemical.
  • Technical qualifications and certifications are advantageous, but not essential.
  • A background in Electrical, Engineering, and industrial products is highly regarded.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and negotiate effectively.
