Your New Role: As our HR Manager, you will oversee HR strategy and compliance, ensuring HR policies meet legal standards and foster a supportive work environment. Reporting to the GM – Shared Services, you will establish a strategic HR vision, aligning workforce planning, talent acquisition, employee development, and performance management with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead workforce planning initiatives to align staffing with commercial growth and implement data-driven insights.
• Design HR policies that enhance efficiency, ensure compliance, and foster scalability.
• Create recruitment strategies to attract high-caliber candidates, collaborating with agencies and streamlining onboarding.
• Build structured performance frameworks to drive accountability and employee development.

What You'll Bring:
