Strategic Human Resources Partner

We are currently recruiting for an HR Senior Human Resources Advisor to support frontline services in Queensland.
Key Responsibilities- Provide strategic advice and support on workforce planning, recruitment, and case management activities to deliver practical business outcomes and ensure quality people management practices.
- Maintain knowledge and awareness of current HR practices and systems, industrial instruments, and emerging trends to ensure compliance and contribution to business improvement.
- Analyse payroll and employee data to address individual and broader workforce issues, define risks, and present evidence-based solutions to support decision-making processes.
- Contribute to HR capability across the workforce through the design, development, and delivery of procedures, guidelines, and resources.
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support HR initiatives and meet desired outcomes.
- Research, review, and prepare reports, briefs, submissions, and other correspondence in accordance with departmental requirements.
- Represent the department and participate in HR projects and working groups to ensure outcomes are delivered within agreed timeframes and meet business needs.
