Job Description

The successful candidate will have a solid background in HR with a focus on employee relations, talent management, and HR strategy. They will possess extensive knowledge of Australian employment laws and regulations and have proven experience in providing strategic HR advice to senior leaders and driving HR initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with senior leaders to develop and execute strategic HR plans aligned with our organisational goals.
  • Provide expert guidance on complex HR matters, including employee relations, performance issues, and workplace investigations.
  • Lead and facilitate talent management processes, including succession planning, performance reviews, and employee development programs.
  • Implement and enhance HR policies, ensuring compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.
  • Utilise HR metrics and analytics to identify trends, make data-driven decisions, and drive continuous improvement in HR processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support organisational change initiatives and foster a positive culture.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Relevant HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR).
  • Extensive knowledge of Australian employment laws and regulations.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organisation.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a data-driven mindset.

Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of AU$120,000 - AU$150,000 per annum, depending on their level of experience and qualifications. In addition, they will be eligible for a range of benefits, including:
