About the Role

As our People & Culture Business Partner, you will play a crucial role in shaping our organisation's people strategy and driving key HR initiatives. You will be a trusted advisor, collaborating with leaders and stakeholders across the organisation to develop and implement innovative HR solutions that support our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Strategic HR Planning: Partner with senior leaders to develop and execute strategic HR plans aligned with our organisation's goals.
  2. Employee Relations: Provide expert guidance on complex HR matters, including employee relations, performance issues, and workplace investigations.
  3. Talent Management: Lead and facilitate talent management processes, including succession planning, performance reviews, and employee development programs.
  4. HR Policy & Compliance: Implement and enhance HR policies, ensuring compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.
  5. HR Analytics: Utilise HR metrics and analytics to identify trends, make data-driven decisions, and drive continuous improvement in HR processes.
  6. Organisational Change: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support organisational change initiatives and foster a positive culture.
  7. HR Coaching & Mentoring: Coach and mentor HR team members, supporting their growth and development.
About You

We are looking for candidates who possess:

  • A solid background in HR with a focus on employee relations, talent management, and HR strategy.
  • Extensive knowledge of Australian employment laws and regulations.
  • Proven experience in providing strategic HR advice to senior leaders and driving HR initiatives.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organisation.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a data-driven mindset.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
