Suntory Beverage & Food is seeking an exceptional Senior Sales Director to lead our Australian licensed function. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to build and develop a high-performing sales team, drive revenue growth, and expand our presence in the Oceania market.

About the Role
  • Leverage your leadership expertise to build, motivate, and develop a team of Territory Managers to achieve outstanding results.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to grow distribution, visibility, and share of brands, driving revenue growth and expanding our presence in the region.
  • Foster strong relationships with key customers, industry associations, and stakeholders to advance our business goals.
  • Mentor and coach team members on individual and team development objectives, ensuring their success and career progression.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead a team of 7-10 Territory Managers to achieve monthly and annual financial objectives.
  2. Execute Suntory's Category, Channel, and Customer strategies, driving sales growth and market expansion.
  3. Deliver against customer contact matrices, driving value for On Premise and Off Premise customers.
  4. Grow new business opportunities in the On Premise sector.
  5. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand distribution, visibility, and share of brands.
  6. Flawlessly execute key innovation and NPD initiatives in trade.
  7. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and industry associations.
  8. Cultivate a culture of safety, ensuring everyone returns home safely every day.
  9. Champion Suntory's leadership spirits and behaviors, exemplifying excellence in all aspects of the role.
About You

We are looking for a seasoned leader with a proven track record in sales leadership, preferably within the Liquor industry. Your exceptional coaching skills, experience in leading high-performing teams, and ability to navigate sales data into actionable insights will make you an ideal candidate for this role.

A competitive salary range of AU$120,000 - AU$180,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, reflects the importance we place on attracting and retaining top talent.
