The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth-running of day-to-day operations within a client team. This will involve working closely with cross-functional teams to support their efforts and drive business growth.

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to take on a senior leadership role and contribute to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop clear scopes of work and commercial proposals in collaboration with Client Services and Product Leadership
  • Analyze and present data to inform scope and commercial conversations with clients, working closely with Client Services, Finance, and Resource Management
  • Maintain an accurate view of client demand and resource needs, working with Client Services
  • Develop resource strategies to optimize financial performance, ensure timely delivery, and meet client expectations, in partnership with Resource Management
  • Review and approve timesheets submitted by team members, resolving any inaccuracies and following up with them as needed
  • Ensure Resource Management and Finance have accurate and timely data to run resource utilization and financial performance reporting
  • Share recommendations with the Operations Director and Client Services on how work can be better managed to meet financial targets
  • Lead the client billing process, ensuring the team reconciles media spend and Finance completes invoicing in line with client agreements

Requirements

  • 4-8 years' experience, ideally including time in a media agency or management consulting company
  • Solid understanding of project management methodologies and ability to apply them to deliver complex projects involving cross-functional teams
  • Curiosity about how businesses operate and ability to make recommendations on improving business effectiveness
  • Data-driven, analytical mindset, able to identify root causes to complex problems
  • Able to make decisions and resolve problems quickly and effectively
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to bring structure to unstructured situations
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence people at all levels
  • Can-do attitude, multi-tasking ability, and composure under pressure
  • Exudes positivity and energy, thriving in fast-paced and dynamic environments
  • Collaborative mindset, serving as a beacon of teamwork
