About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Sales Director to lead our sales team in achieving exceptional growth and revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Team Management: Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve outstanding performance, providing guidance, training, and support to each team member to ensure clear alignment of goals and objectives.
  • Strategic Sales Planning: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand customer bases in local and international markets, identifying new business opportunities and partnerships to drive growth and business expansion.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with regular buyers and business owners from our existing database of e-commerce and physical store retailers, providing exceptional face-to-face customer service in the showroom and through other various platforms.
  • Sales Performance Management: Maximize sales with excellent product knowledge and upselling, achieving set weekly/monthly KPIs individually and as a team, and provide strategic direction to the sales team by outlining short-term and long-term goals that align with the execution of the yearly sales plan.
Requirements
  • Leadership Experience: Previous experience in a leadership role, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team through effective management skills.
  • Sales Expertise: Proven sales experience with a strong track record of achieving KPIs and sales targets.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and people skills, with the ability to build strong, long-term relationships with customers.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and market trends to inform strategic decision making and planning.

You will be required to have at least 3-5 years of customer service/account management experience and at least 1 year of leadership or managerial experience.
