We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Director to join our team at Crown Resorts Limited in Sydney. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving and maximizing room sales across all market segments.

About the Role

This is a critical component of ensuring Crown Sydney achieves significant sales and profitability targets. You will lead and inspire your team to consistently achieve targets, while maintaining key accounts and developing new business relationships.

  • Drive new business development and ensure existing account retention and growth strategies
  • Work with tourism bodies and industry representatives to ensure Crown is top of mind for domestic and international campaigns
  • Determine and recommend strategies to maximize sales and revenue
  • Develop and implement strategic key account management plans
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Extensive experience in senior sales management or director of sales roles covering leisure, wholesale, and MICE markets
  • Demonstrated passion and ability in driving sales targets and exceeding expectations
  • Strong knowledge of market trends and initiatives, coupled with excellent business development expertise
  • Proven knowledge of inbound tours operators and distribution channels
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills
