About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Director of Sales Development to join our team at Attentive. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for building and managing a high-performing sales development team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth through outbound prospecting
  • Build and maintain relationships with cross-functional peers in Sales, Marketing, and other departments
  • Analyze team and individual metrics to maximize efficiency and productivity
  • Tweak existing processes and create new ones to address problems and improve results
Requirements
  • 3+ years of SDR/Sales experience as a top performer
  • At least 1 year of management experience
  • Familiarity with Outreach, Salesforce, Sales Navigator, Sendoso, and Zoominfo
  • Proven track record in creating, delivering, and training successfully with measurable results

We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for career growth.
