AWS Contracts Manager

As a seasoned professional in contract operations, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic growth and success within Amazon Web Services' (AWS) Private Pricing Global Contracts Team.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing business and contribute to the development of executable contracts based on approved frameworks. You will be part of the 3PX team housed within the Global Deal Strategy and Programs (GDSP) organization, where you will have the chance to drive important strategic projects to support our Customers.
The ideal candidate will be endlessly curious about the Private Pricing program, enthusiastic about contracting, and enjoy continual challenges. With your expertise in drafting and negotiating contracts in a tech/IT organization, you will autonomously operate within established frameworks to manage multiple, complex deal and contracting cycles at various stages.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Autonomously operate within established frameworks to manage multiple, complex deal and contracting cycles at various stages
- Take ownership of the contract process with internal and external stakeholders, such as Legal and Sales teams
- Identify, track, and analyze key metrics to develop and recommend improvements
**Requirements:**
- 5+ years drafting and negotiating contracts in a tech/IT organization
- 3+ years leading projects/programs, influencing internal and external stakeholders with executive level written and verbal communication
- 3+ years using data and metrics to influence business recommendations
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
