Job Title: Global Sales Strategy Manager

About the Role:
This is a Sales Operations Lead position with Amazon Web Services (AWS) in the Asia Pacific Japan region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales operations and be able to drive business growth through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with regional sales leaders to deliver forecasts, plans, and goals
  • Support Region Sales Leaders with Salesforce, and build dashboards to provide live reporting
  • Provide sales reporting and analysis to drive strategic/operational priorities
  • Create monthly/quarterly business review documents

Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years sales operations experience in a high growth multinational IT, Cloud or SaaS company
  • Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data
  • Experience with sales CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce) and data visualization (e.g. Quicksight, Tableau)

Salary Estimate: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum.
