Job Description

This role involves working on the most challenging problems, collaborating with diverse teams, and delivering high standards for safety and security. You'll work on installing and troubleshooting IT infrastructure that supports the AWS cloud, maintaining daily operations, and ensuring seamless customer access.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Install and configure racks of hosts in line with internal SLAs.">
  • Diagnose and repair issues for server, storage and network devices.">
  • Remediation or recovery of physical power issues on racks.">
  • Shift work including night shifts on a rotational basis.">
  • Lift and rack equipment using our lifting equipment.">

Requirements:

  • ">
  • 2+ years of computer hardware troubleshooting and repair experience.">
  • 1+ years of computer networking experience.">
  • High school or equivalent diploma.">
  • Valid driver's license and own vehicle.">

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $90,000 per year
