At Dell Australia Pty. Limited (7390), we're committed to developing the next generation of sales leaders and sellers. Our Next Generation Sales Academy (NGSA) program is designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in the fast-paced world of enterprise sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform outbound sales activities, including cold calling, lead follow-up, and sales qualifications to identify new business opportunities.
  • Develop effective Dell Technologies messaging and uncover opportunities to be passed to Outside Account Executives (AEs).
  • Maintain contact with customers to ensure customer satisfaction, issue resolution, and help drive the expansion of Dell Technologies' footprint.
  • Complete development curriculum to demonstrate core strengths needed to progress to Inside Sales Representative role.

Requirements:

  • Graduated from a Business/IT related degree within the last 3 years.
  • 1-3 years customer-facing experience (e.g. retail, hospitality, etc.).
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Full working rights in Australia.

Desirable Requirements:

  • Previous experience in IT Sales.
