About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at bta Sales. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service through phone and email enquiries, updates, and managing changes or delays in orders.
  • Drive business development by identifying new opportunities and developing project strategies.
  • Organise returns and manage credit authorisations from start to finish.
  • Process quotes and orders with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Monitor and update backlog as needed.
  • Liaise with warehouse and production teams to ensure smooth communication on order updates.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work with a diverse range of customers & stakeholders.

  • Prior experience in customer service or administrative support.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of programs.
