Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative to join our Australian Inside Sales team based in our Melbourne office. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for building sales pipeline, prospecting for new business, and developing relationships with key decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute the Solera Lead & Opportunity Management process for building sales pipeline
- Prospect for new business to develop relationships with key decision-makers
- Track and report on account activity
- Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales objectives for your assigned territory
- Accept inbound and perform outbound telephone calls to identify sales opportunities
- Meet and exceed daily call & activity metrics
Requirements
- Excellent English communication skills
- Six months to one year of experience within an inside sales role with a track record of achieving goals and quotas
- Preferred experience with technology and automotive sales
- Preferred Salesforce CRM experience
- Ability to be a team player and perform in a fast-paced, inside sales-oriented environment
