About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Front Office Manager. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and ensuring a smooth day-to-day operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet and greet clients, providing a warm and welcoming experience
  • Answer and redirect phone calls, ensuring timely responses to client inquiries
  • Support the sales team with administrative tasks, including organizing brochures and marketing materials
  • Upload properties online, maintaining accurate and up-to-date listings
  • Manage social media platforms, creating engaging content and responding to client interactions
  • Perform ad hoc administration duties, including data entry and reporting
  • Ensure the office runs smoothly, maintaining a clean and organized reception area

About You:

We are looking for a candidate with a passion for real estate, excellent communication skills, and a strong work ethic. Previous administration experience is preferred, but not required. If you are a team player with a customer-focused mindset, we encourage you to apply.
