About the Role

The City of Gosnells is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Front of House Officer. This role is essential in maintaining high customer service standards and delivering exceptional experiences for all attendees.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to a diverse range of stakeholders
  • Assist with all aspects of Front of House services across a variety of performances and events
  • Work effectively in a theatre or events environment, providing community-based services and programs
  • Operate box office ticketing software, with a preference for TicketSearch
  • Manage tasks effectively with minimal supervision and work independently when required
  • Provide First Aid certification and hold an Approved Managers Card, RSA, and current National Police Clearance
  • Work weekend and evening shifts as required
