About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Duty Manager to join the Front Office team at Accor Hotels. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading a shift of front office professionals, ensuring exceptional guest experiences at all times.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a shift of front office professionals, including our overnight team, to deliver outstanding guest experiences
  • Develop, implement, and maintain procedures for the front office department, focusing on guest engagement and satisfaction
  • Assist with the management of the team, including training and development, to ensure the team's success
  • Handle complex guest queries and feedback, providing timely and effective resolutions
  • Work a rotating roster, including overnight, weekends, and public holidays, to meet business needs

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar role with proven success in leading front office teams
  • Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities
  • Strong communication and customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences
  • Desire to grow skills and progress managerial experience, with a willingness to learn and adapt
  • Ability to work autonomously when leading the overnight team, with a high level of independence and decision-making
  • Previous experience with a Property Management System (PMS), with Opera experience highly regarded
  • Reliability and flexibility to work a rotating roster, with a commitment to meeting business needs
  • Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification and First Aid certification, or willingness to obtain
