About the Role

As a key member of Colliers' national People & Performance team, we are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team.

The successful candidate will play a crucial part in shaping and executing the people strategy and objectives for a dedicated portfolio. This role is focused on supporting the business to create a seamless people experience across the operational employee lifecycle, as well as partnering to deliver tailored advice and solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide trusted advice and guidance on HR-related issues as a genuine partner.
  • Build effective and robust relationships with service line leaders within your portfolio.
  • Manage full spectrum of employee relations matters.
  • Develop and communicate HR policy and procedure changes, ensuring they are up to date with relevant legislative requirements.
  • Local management of all cyclical activities including promotions, salary reviews, engagement survey briefings, and talent & performance management.
  • Design and execute projects to drive engagement and retention efforts within the business.
Qualifications
  • Demonstrated hands-on experience as a HR manager.
  • A track record within large-scale organisations.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in HR preferred.
  • Sound generalist HR operational experience including management of complex ER issues.
  • A keen interest in Employee Relations and Engagement strategy.
  • Project management experience.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.

We offer a competitive salary range of AUD 120,000 - AUD 180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
