About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing and implementing strategic programs that drive world-class digital and expert-led customer experiences. You will partner with stakeholders from across the business to positively influence change by optimizing customer touchpoints through carefully crafted human and digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and implement strategic programs that drive exceptional customer experiences
  • Partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement and develop solutions
  • Measure and report outcomes, benefit realization, and enable scale through globally aligned processes and frameworks
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in customer success or a related field
  • Demonstrated ability to influence at the director level within a matrixed environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Salary Range:

$160,000 - $240,000 per year
