We are seeking a seasoned Customer Success Leader to join our team at Intuit.
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing and implementing strategic programs that drive world-class digital and expert-led customer experiences. You will partner with stakeholders from across the business to positively influence change by optimizing customer touchpoints through carefully crafted human and digital experiences.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and implement strategic programs that drive exceptional customer experiences
- Partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement and develop solutions
- Measure and report outcomes, benefit realization, and enable scale through globally aligned processes and frameworks
- 5+ years of experience in customer success or a related field
- Demonstrated ability to influence at the director level within a matrixed environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
$160,000 - $240,000 per year
