At Toll Group, a leading logistics provider in Australia, we are seeking a highly skilled HR Coordinator to join our Government and Defence division. This 12-month fixed-term contract role offers an exciting opportunity for an individual with a passion for human resources administration to elevate their career.

**About the Role**

We are looking for an experienced HR Coordinator who can provide administrative support to our Government and Defence division. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and using administrative tools to record, track, and manage all administrative procedures relating to the day-to-day operation of the division. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and maintaining HR systems and processes
  • Providing efficient and effective HR support services
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in human resources administration, proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office applications, excellent time management and organisational skills, and a strong awareness of Toll Group policies and Human Resources procedures.

**What We Offer**

In exchange for your expertise, we offer a competitive salary of approximately $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
