About the Role

The Talent Management Director will be responsible for designing and managing compensation, benefits, and supports P&C operations to attract, retain, and reward talent while ensuring compliance with company goals.

Main Responsibilities

  • Design and improve end-to-end P&C processes to ensure efficiency, compliance, and alignment with business goals.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on operational P&C practices and compliance requirements.
  • Drive continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance the employee lifecycle experience, including onboarding, offboarding, and performance review processes.
  • Streamline transactional HR activities and payroll processes in collaboration with the payroll team.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or related discipline.
  • Proven experience managing and optimizing HRIS platforms, ATS tools, and LMS Systems.
  • 5+ years of experience in People Operations and compensation and benefits or a related HR function.

Salary and Benefits

We are offering a competitive salary of AU $120,000 per annum, plus benefits and perks, including equity via our Employee Share Program, 50/50 hybrid working model, and opportunities to collaborate with teams across Sydney, Christchurch, Manila, and Vietnam.
