Customer Service Advocate for Landlord Insurance

We are seeking a skilled and passionate customer service professional to join our team as a Customer Service Advocate for Landlord Insurance. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for landlords and tenants, providing exceptional support and guidance throughout the insurance process.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a genuine desire to help others, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. You will work collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless interactions and resolve any issues that may arise.
About the Role:
- Assist landlords and tenants with their insurance inquiries, addressing their concerns and resolving any issues promptly.
- Guide customers through the enquiry and claims process, ensuring they feel supported and protected at every step.
- Work closely with our team to achieve high-quality conversations, adherence to regulations, and alignment with our company's core values.
- Possess a true desire to help people and deliver exceptional customer service.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of $62,000 - $72,000 per year, aligned with your experience and reflecting your value to the team.
