Job Title: Customer Experience Advocate
Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Customer Experience Advocate to join our team at Probe CX. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in providing world-class service to our customers.
In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. You will work closely with our Circle Leaders to ensure that all interactions meet our high standards of quality and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and other communication channels
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a fair and efficient manner
- Work collaboratively with our Circle Leaders to achieve performance metrics
Requirements:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Experience handling AU/NZ campaigns is an advantage
