Enterprise Customer Advocate

We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Customer Advocate to join our Client Success team in Melbourne.
Job DescriptionThe Enterprise Customer Advocate will be responsible for maintaining and expanding relationships with critical accounts, providing technical expertise as needed, and driving business value through the use of Pega software. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing trusted advisor relationships with multiple stakeholders within each account
- Establishing metrics frameworks to measure business value and realizing transformation through Pega software adoption
- Serving as the account's advocate within Pega, managing escalations effectively, and coordinating with other organizations to take action on behalf of the customer
- Using discrete and aggregate measures of customer health to drive insights, identify risk areas, and take proactive action
- Leveraging industry and product knowledge to share insights on how customers can maximize license to drive business benefits
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 5+ years of relevant work experience, including 2+ years in a client success or account management role
- Executive-level communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to navigate and mediate conflict, and foster honest dialogue
- Strong consulting skills and proven results working as a trusted advisor to drive business value for clients or stakeholders
- Ability to prioritize, multitask, and perform effectively under pressure
- Strong knowledge of business processes (Sales, Marketing, Service, Support), business applications, and automation
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

- Drive results-focused initiatives, contributing to account plans, organizing resources required to execute plans, and achieving desired outcomes
- Leverage your deep domain experience, product knowledge, and industry trends to home in on quantifiable benefits and focus intently on realizing them

Salary InformationThe estimated salary range for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 AUD per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. This is a base figure and may be subject to change based on various factors.
