About This Opportunity

Xplor is seeking a skilled Customer Success Advocate to join our Melbourne-based team. As a key member of our Customer Success team, you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers achieve success with our platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer support and guidance on the effective use of our platform to ensure customer success.
  • Proactively identify and resolve customer issues, escalating complex problems to senior team members as needed.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our customers, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales and Customer Support, to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Stay up-to-date with product developments and industry trends, applying this knowledge to improve customer outcomes.
Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a SaaS or technology company.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple customer relationships simultaneously.
